These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Socialmart (the "Service"), available at https://social.horekmart.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service lets you connect your social accounts and publish videos to supported platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn) from a single dashboard. You may also generate API tokens for workflow tools (e.g., n8n) to automate uploads/publishing.
Third-party platforms are independent services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
- You must be authorized to connect and publish to any account you add to the Service.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and any API tokens you create.
- You must keep your devices and third-party accounts secure.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or platform policy.
- Post content you do not have rights to publish.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
- Interfere with the Service (e.g., probing, scanning, distributing malware).
- Use API tokens in an insecure way or share them publicly.
Some features require an active subscription. Your plan may limit connected accounts, posts, and storage.
Payments may be processed manually (e.g., via bKash/Nagad/Rocket). You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We may suspend or limit access if payments are rejected, reversed, or appear fraudulent.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (e.g., storing an uploaded video and sending it to a platform you selected).
The Service software, branding, and UI are owned by Socialmart and/or its licensors.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also disconnect platforms and delete your videos.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, platform policies, or if continued operation would create legal or security risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that publishing will succeed on any platform. Platforms may reject content, revoke access, change APIs, or enforce rate limits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialmart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice.
