Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Socialmart ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Socialmart (the "Service"), available at https://social.horekmart.com.
The Service helps you upload videos once and publish to supported platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn) from a single dashboard, including optional automation via API tokens for workflow tools (e.g., n8n).
1) Account and identity information
- OAuth login identity from Google, Facebook, or TikTok (provider ID, name, email if provided, avatar).
- Your in-app profile data (e.g., display name) as shown in the dashboard.
2) Connected social accounts (publishing platforms)
- Platform account identifiers (e.g., Page ID, Channel ID, TikTok open_id), usernames, display names, and avatars.
- Access tokens and refresh tokens needed to publish on your behalf (stored securely).
- Account metadata returned by platform APIs (for example: Facebook Page details and linked Instagram business account info).
- Platform-specific examples we may store:
- Meta (Facebook): Page ID, Page name/username/category, Page access token; and (if linked) Instagram business account ID/username/profile picture.
- YouTube (Google): Channel ID, channel name, channel avatar/thumbnail, and publishing scope metadata required to upload.
- TikTok: open_id, display_name, avatar URL; and (when available) creator info such as creator_username, creator_nickname, creator_avatar_url.
- LinkedIn: member URN/member ID, profile identifiers, and page/person author mapping required for posting.
- We do not collect or store your platform passwords.
3) Content you upload and publish
- Video files you upload (stored in our storage so we can publish them to selected platforms).
- Thumbnails (if you upload them).
- Post metadata such as title, caption, hashtags, publish status, and resulting platform post links (when available).
4) Subscription and payment information
- Plan selection, subscription status, usage counters (posts used, storage used).
- Manual payment details you submit (payment method, transaction ID, amount, optional phone number).
5) API tokens for workflow integrations
- Personal access tokens you create for webhook/API automation (we show the token only once on creation).
- Token metadata like name, abilities, and expiration settings.
6) Technical and usage data
- Basic logs used for security and debugging (e.g., request timing, error logs).
- Device/browser data and IP address may be processed by our infrastructure and hosting providers.
- Local storage: the frontend stores an authentication token in your browser to keep you logged in.
- Provide the Service: upload videos, publish posts, track post status, and manage your library.
- Connect and manage platform accounts via OAuth and platform APIs.
- Operate subscriptions, enforce plan limits, and prevent abuse.
- Secure the Service, detect fraud/abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- Comply with platform policies and applicable laws.
We use connected platform data only to provide and improve user-facing features you request in the Service, such as account connection, publishing, editing, deletion, and status reporting.
- We do not sell platform user data.
- We do not use platform user data for targeted or personalized advertising.
- We do not transfer platform user data to data brokers or information resellers.
- We do not use raw or derived platform user data to train generalized AI/ML models.
Socialmart's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- For Google Sign-In, we use basic identity data (such as name, email, and profile image) only to authenticate users and maintain user accounts.
- For YouTube connections, we use channel and token data only for user-requested features: connecting channels, uploading videos, checking publish status, and deleting videos from within the Service.
- We do not use Google user data for ad targeting, data brokerage, credit/lending decisions, or training generalized AI/ML models.
We share information only as needed to provide the Service:
- With social platforms (TikTok, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube) when you connect accounts and publish content.
- With infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, databases) strictly to operate the Service.
- With authorities or to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
- Connected account tokens are retained until you disconnect the account or delete your account.
- Uploaded videos are retained until you delete them or delete your account.
- Payment records may be retained for accounting/audit requirements.
- Disconnect platforms from the Connections page to stop future publishing.
- Delete uploaded videos in the Videos section to remove them from our storage.
- Request account deletion and data deletion via our Data Deletion page.
Data deletion instructions are available at https://social.horekmart.com/help/data-deletion.
If you used Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Login, removing the app in Facebook settings may trigger a formal Meta data deletion callback. If that happens, we provide a confirmation code and a status link.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. For example, platform access tokens are stored on the server side and are not exposed in the UI.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and any third-party accounts.
